      Vodafone’s has always been about people while the brand pretty much fails to provide good network the people working here makes all the difference. Yesterday I had to visit the Vodafone galleria shop as my 84 year old dad’s phone went into no service suddenly. In this sweltering heat I had to to go as this was kind of an emergency for me. In the shop Mira Tajbhar attended me. She was very nice helpful and empathetic. She offered me a seat, water checked the issue and asked me the sim needs to be changed and if it is in my name she can do it really quick. And so did she. I couldn’t thank her enough for all that she thought was just her duty but for me it was way more. May the company recognise and appreciate the good and efficient work that are putting in. Thank you Mira.
