I had a very good experience with the VI representative ,Nikunj bhai,in this store,Bhatar,Athwa..He was polite, patient..I appreciate his prompt support and positive attitude. Previously I had been to another Vi store in adajan,where I was given postpaid sim instead of prepaid sim without my knowledge.There the representative had created lot of issues to change my postpaid sim back to prepaid sim.I was very much frustrated and finally approached the Vi store in Bhatar Athawa.In this store the representative listened to all my concerns and provided solutions immediately. Thank you very much for the guidance and assistance.
