I went to this store on May 01, 2023, to purchase a SIM card for use in India. Not being familiar whatsoever with the terminology, operation and workings of a SIM card here, I was super-impressed with the outstanding help, support, and efficiency with which Madam and her able Assistant guided me through the complicated steps, etc. In executing the various steps of the process, sure, there were some challenges. However, neither Madam or her Assistant gave up. Instead, they persevered until the issues were resolved - thoroughly and completely - irrespective of the fact that I arrived at the shop later in the evening, the emergent issues took us way beyond their closing time, etc. With such excellent customer focus, and spirited dedication, I walked out of the shop with Madam, the owners, and the Assistant. I for one was a very happy and satisfied customer. I must add - during my long stay inside the shop, I witnessed that Madam treated every customer who entered the shop equally - irrespective of, and unrelated to, the individuals - who appeared to be from a variety of backgrounds, educational, and economic status. Kudos to you, Madam, for treating ALL customers with the same respect and humility that I perceived in our interactions. Madam also provided excellent selfless advice and guidance for what I needed to do next - purchase a mobile for use by my nearly 90-years-old Mother. With this high level of professional support and laser-like customer focus, I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Dear Madam and Assistant: THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH - for everything. :) :) :)
