Excellent customer care from Miss.Munieswari madam, really I was having frustration because of Vi didn't work in Abu Dhabi & USA even I enabled roaming pack before leaving from India so I thought of cancel the Vi postpaid service and switch over to other network but the support I got from this store(Muneeswari Madam) is valuable because of the only reason I would like to continue with Vi for another 6 months. If Vi is not improve the network service in upcoming months definitely I will not have any second thoughts to switch over the network service.
