I came here to pick up a Sim in exchange of my lost Sim. I was treated cordially and the person there was very cooperative and helpful. I was guided to follow the steps for Sim exchange. Within 5 minutes, I was handed over the exchange Sim for ₹60 at Vi approved rates. It was a pleasant visit and I wish more such smiling and helpful people in Vodafone Idea.
