I visited the store as my SIM had not been working for months, especially while abroad. A SIM had been issued to me the previous time by someone, but it still wasn’t receiving any signal. Mahesh was extremely helpful and quickly identified that the SIM was faulty despite the number being activated. He immediately issued a duplicate SIM, and within minutes it was working—I started receiving messages and getting network coverage again. Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Really commendable work by Mahesh. Highly recommended!
