I met with Mr Arindam twice in the store. Once on 30.06.2026 for enquiry and again on 01.07.2026 for converting an old prepaid SIM of my deceased Father-in-law in the name of my octogenarian Mother-in-law. It took a few minutes and I also converted my old Vi SIM from pre-paid to postpaid under family plan for Rs 701.00. More specifically I was worried about Aadhar authentication of my octogenarian Mother-in-law. We came out of the store with active old number of my Mother-in-law and my active post paid SIM seamlessly within reasonable time. Thanks again to Mr Arindam for his whole hearted cordial support.
