I met with Mr Arindam twice in the store. Once on 30.06.2026 for enquiry and again on 01.07.2026 for converting an old prepaid SIM of my deceased Father-in-law in the name of my octogenarian Mother-in-law. It took a few minutes and I also converted my old Vi SIM from pre-paid to postpaid under family plan for Rs 701.00. More specifically I was worried about Aadhar authentication of my octogenarian Mother-in-law. We came out of the store with active old number of my Mother-in-law and my active post paid SIM seamlessly within reasonable time. Thanks again to Mr Arindam for his whole hearted cordial support. My best wishes to Mr Arindam for excellent customer service.
