I had a very disappointing experience with Vi postpaid services in the past. The customer support at that time was not satisfactory, and I felt that my concerns were not given proper attention, which made me switch to another service provider. After a long time, I visited this Vi Store again to get a Vi SIM for my secondary phone. I entered the store with very low expectations because of my previous experience. However, I was genuinely surprised by the change in customer service. The biggest appreciation goes to the store manager, Tanveer.She was extremely respectful, patient, and supportive throughout the process. She personally ensured that my issue was understood and tried every possible way to provide a solution. Her dedication, professionalism, and way of treating customers truly stood out. Sirisha was also very helpful and supportive during my visit. The entire team made me feel valued as a customer. It is rare to see such a positive transformation in customer service. Thanks to Tanveer and the team for changing my perception of Vi and providing such a wonderful experience.
