I had a very complicated SIM issue as it was registered in my father’s name with incorrect details, due to which the SIM had stopped working and new activation was failing for almost a month. Ms. Pooja at the Vodafone store near Mittal Nursing Home, Sonipat went above and beyond to help. She coordinated with the backend team, followed up multiple times, and finally got my SIM activated.
