This is one of the excellent VI store of any communication provider I would have ever visited to. The staff is very supportive and understanding. Due to nature of my requirement they had to take biometrics of my elderly mother who couldn't travel to the store for it but somehow we managed to get nearby place. The staff was so helpful that they offered to come to the place and took her biometrics and issue was resolved immediately. Also they suggested to get the Sim ownership transferred to my name so she never has to go through this trouble in future. Thanks a ton for this extra ordinary support which this customer base os really needed and will be grateful. Highly recommend this store for all your needs and queries. Thank you so much team.
