    I visited the Naktala Vi store for multiple purposes, including converting my number from prepaid to postpaid and merging them under a single family plan. To my surprise, I received exceptional support from two store representatives, Amit and Pratik. Their dedication was commendable, as they were available to assist even during odd hours. Their customer-centric approach truly enhances the overall experience and adds value to the brand. However, my experience with the backend team was disappointing. Due to their manual errors, my application was unnecessarily rejected twice, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Vi should pay closer attention to such issues, as even outstanding in-store service cannot compensate for inefficiencies in backend operations. Addressing these concerns is crucial to maintaining and improving their brand reputation in the long run. Even with great satisfaction, I could not rate 5.
