I had a different experience as given in other reviews. I had lost my sim and gone to take new sim. Had my aadhaar card and alternate number. I was asked my issue, confirmed if I had the ID and alternate number. Taken to the desk and all formalities completed in less than 4 minutes. No money was taken and was informed that I would be charged in my postpaid bill and was also explained other details. Inspite of being from Delhi circle the sim was activated in less than 2 hours. Very professional and positive experience. I recommend before going to the store, educate yourself on the procedure and requirements. It will save your and their valuable time.
