    I am very old customer since 20 years and was frustrated when Vi alliance formed. Surprisingly Vi getting improvise the Customer Care Service. Visited store and got me helped Ms. Ravina, good communication skills with sound technical knowledge solves my old issues. Also advised me good service so that I took forward to keep relation with Vi, which I was supposed to close permanently. Keep it up Ravina and Vi.
