    My SIM card was damaged, so I visited the store for a replacement. During my visit, Shivani explained the Family Plan to me in detail. I found the plan very good because the monthly cost is almost similar to what I was already spending on recharges, but I get more benefits and validity with the postpaid plan. Shivani explained everything clearly and patiently, which helped me make the right decision. I am really happy with the service and the overall experience.
