Excellent customer service ! Mine was a very difficult case to handle. I wanted new sim for my existing number but somehow the number got mapped by Vodafone in corporate account whereas it was my individual personal number. As per guidelines, they are not allowed to issue sim for corporate accounts without NOc letter from authorised signatory. But I could not produce this NOC as I was wrongly mapped under corporate category ( mistakenly by Vodafone themselves) Before this store i had visited two three other stores of Vi but no one gave me the solution. But at this center we have Mr.Ram Simran who is the store incharge. I explained my problem to him telephonically and he understood my problem and immediately raised a ticket at the corporate care through his store. Meanwhile I also escalated call from my side at the appellate team of Vodafone. Ms.Neha Chahal from appellate team took pains for approvals at her end and coordinated with Mr.Ram Simran for me. I visited the store with an assurance that I will be given my duplicate sim. Even at the center I had to wait for around 2-3 hours but finally I got my sim. My special thanks to Mr.RamSimran from Vi store Palam & Ms.Neha Chahal from Appellate team.
