I was struggling with the SIM card transfer process, hence I came to VI main branch near Kolhapur main Bus Stand. And Sr. Store Executive Archana solved it for me. I was frustrated with the same process of registering again and again, but Archana solved it with much composure and calm. She is the big asset for VI! Don't lose her. Also, the next day was Women's Day, so they celebrated with cake cutting, and involved all the customers in the celebration. All the staff is very helpful here. I give 10000 stars to ARCHANA, 5 are not enough! Keep rocking with your Calm!
