Had a very good experience with SShahin Sayad Jii. She was polite, and made the entire process very easy. She helped me choose a suitable postpaid plan that also included OTT benefits. Sabse achhi baat yeh lagi ki she was completely transparent throughout the process. She did not try to hide any extra charges and clearly explained everything, including GST. Aaj kal aisi clear information dene wale staff kam milte hain. I was happy to get the number of my choice, and the activation process was completed smoothly without any confusion or delays.
