Hello Vodafone Team, I had visited the Vodafone (Vadapalani), Chennai today for getting a new e-sim. I was attended by Mr. Sathishkumar, who took care of both my mom and me like his own family. I would like to thank Satish Kumar at the customer services division for their excellent support. He explained all the different plans available, got us the sim card and full took care of converting it into an e-sim. He took care of us with immense patience and at most care. I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr. Sathish Kumar and the whole Vodafone team at the Vadapalani, branch. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff.
