Vi - Vodafone Idea Store

My sim card stopped working on evening of 23rd March 2024, around 6.30 pm. So I rushed to this Vi store near Vipul Dudhiya by 7pm. It was closing time, security was pulling down the shutters. One of the staff was there, Mr. Manan Shah. He inquired about my problem. As the store was to remain closed for next 2 days bcz of Holi, he decided to help me. He waited for almost an hour at the store to solve my issue, beyond his duty hours. Since my work mostly depends on phone, he was determined to be there till my phone started working completely. The security person and office boy also stayed back till my work was done. I'm very thankful to all of them for their dedication and eagerness to help coustomer. I highly appreciate their sympathetic and humanitarian behaviour and congratulate Vi for having such considerate staff with them.
