  Dear Team VI, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for one of your outstanding employees, Ambuj, who went above and beyond to assist me in a moment of need. I am an NRI, currently in Bardoli, and was unable to activate WhatsApp on my new mobile phone. This had left me disconnected from my grandchildren in America for the past three days, causing significant distress. By chance, I overheard Ambuj speaking to his team at a bus stop near Bardoli and realized he was associated with VI. Despite being off duty, when I sought his help, he immediately responded with kindness and understanding. In just 10 minutes, Ambuj resolved the issue and activated my WhatsApp. The joy I felt upon seeing and speaking to my grandchildren after weeks is indescribable, and it was all thanks to his timely and selfless assistance. What stood out even more was his politeness and humility. There was not a hint of arrogance in his demeanor, and he handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and empathy. Ambuj is a true asset to your team, and his actions reflect the values and commitment of Vodafone Idea to its customers.
