Quick Response And My query got solved Within Hours. Great Person in ministore. He knows how to Handle the clients. As well helps in understanding if the person is stucked any where. As My sim needs to Be Done RE-KYC. I Visited The VI Ministore which is in Thiruvallur Tamil Nadu Where my Work location is located. There the Representatives Not even listened my Queries also. One Customer executive Was Over confident towards he work. And Asked me to visit Main Store. Also I visited nearest Main Store Twice. They were Not responding too. So I thought of Doing RE-KYC in my hometown. I came for 1-Day. Completed My Work within hours and left to office. My Concern is When The VI ministore [Karnataka] is doing RE-KYC. Then Why The VI[Ministore] Tamil Nadu Cannot do. We're Aiming One India Digitally. Have to Think about it. Thank you Vi.
