    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service and highly supportive staff! I was scammed by some fraud agents who gave me a postpaid SIM claiming it to be "free". I visited the Ashok Nagar (Kanpur) Vi Mini Store in a lot of stress. The female staff member at the store was incredibly helpful. She immediately called the fraud agent's store manager to report the issue and registered a disconnection complaint for my number. It's rare to see such genuine and quick problem-solving. Truly impressed by her professional and empathetic behavior. Highly recommended this store for any Vi services! Thankyou.
