Had a really good experience at the Vi store, especially with Chandan Shrivastav. I had an issue with my Vi SIM, and Chandan was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. What I really appreciated was that he also helped resolve a SIM-related issue for my friend who is currently in Dubai. He took the time to understand both issues and guided us properly until they were resolved. The store manager was also very polite and supportive. Overall, excellent customer service and a very professional approach. Really appreciate Chandan’s help and would definitely recommend this Vi store for their helpful staff and good service. Thankyou VI!! 😊😊
