I had lost my VI postpaid numbers due to delayed payment, and for weeks I went to multiple stores and contacted customer care but didn’t receive any proper response. Finally, I visited the VI store at Battarahalli, KR Puram, where I met Ms. Shwetha. She patiently checked my details, traced my numbers, and assured me that she would resolve it within 40 days.
