Had an amazing experience at the Vi Store. Usha Mam was extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting a choice number, even though it was already past her working hours. She also messaged later in the day to confirm that my SIM was activated. She patiently helped with my other queries as well and was very supportive throughout the process.
