Friendly staff. Had to duplicate my out-of-state sim. Got it done in 10 minutes. As per process, they send OTP to your alternate number, or, your email id. (Stuff you would have entered while getting the sim). After this process, it takes about 4 hours for the sim to become active, and, SMSs may take up to 24 hours to be operational.
