I had a very difficult issue with my long-standing Vi mobile number, and Mr. Tukaram at the Vi Vasco store was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was patient, polite, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. Even though there were several formalities involved, he handled everything calmly and professionally and made sure the restoration process was completed properly. What I appreciated most was his personal attention and willingness to patiently see the matter through until it was resolved. When you are dealing with an important issue, having someone at the store who listens and helps without making you feel rushed makes a big difference. A sincere thank you, Tukaram, for all your help and for making a stressful situation much easier for me. Excellent service and a really helpful person. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
