I visited the town hall vi store this morning to covert my connection from postpaid to prepaid the staff member divya noticed I was on a higher plan and very helpfully suggested a better lower priced plan for 532 she clearly explained all the postpaid benefits and successfully changed my monthly billing cycle date as requested the entire process was completed smoothly and quickly. Iam extremely satisfied with her excellent 5 star service. Thank u so much,Divya 👍👍👍

Visited vi mini store at town hall today. I noticed the staff member was in the middle of her meal when I walked thought I wld have 2 wait. 2 my surprise, she immediately prioritized my request, processed everything quickly, and handed over my sim card right away. Truly dedicated staff and excellent service-@divya
