Good afternoon team Vodafone Idea hi hi my name is gamit krunal and I I am your customer since very long in postpaid I am facing a issue regarding SMS as I am not able to send or receive any sms as I have called on your call centre many time but I am not getting any response once I have visited to your main Store in Surat but there also I did not get any solution but finally I go to Mini Store As I live in Vyara , so I went to the store for prepaid conversion but the lady ask me why you want to convert your number in prepaid then I said madam I am facing this issue and I am not getting a solution from your team so due to that I want to convert this number if you are not help me to convert in prepaid I will put out this number but due to not getting the SMS I can't do the port out so she tackle the situation very calmly and then escalated the case to his manager at upper level and within few days it was solved as every day in and day out so you are taking follow up and updating me also regarding the case and once it get it done She called me and told me that sir that your sms service is now restore and I am really very very grateful to the dedication of the lady name Roshani as he taken the responsibility and see did it with the help of their teammates and now I am not going to do the portout or prepaid I will continue the number in postpaid I wish all the very best to Roshani thank you and team Vi.
