I visited the Vodafone Idea store recently and had a wonderful experience. I would like to especially mention Shravani and Diksha, who were extremely kind and patient with me. Being a senior citizen, I often find mobile plans and procedures a bit confusing, but both of them took the time to clearly explain everything and guide me through the process. They helped me with my safe custody request and also suggested a plan that perfectly suited my needs. Their polite behavior, helpful nature, and genuine concern made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. It's rare to come across such dedicated and respectful staff these days. Thank you, Shravani and Diksha, for your excellent service and for treating your customers with such warmth and respect. I truly appreciate it and will definitely recommend this Vodafone Idea store to others
