I visited the Vi Store Shimpoli branch at around 7 PM. The store staff warmly welcomed me and resolved my query very quickly. I was very happy because my SIM issue was resolved within 3–4 minutes. I initially thought it would take more time, but the store team made me feel valued as I needed my SIM to be active urgently. I will highly recommend Vi to my friends and family members. For any assistance, please visit the Shimpoli branch—the staff there are very helpful and cooperative. 😊

I love to share my excellent experiance at store I have some problem in my phone few app was not working so I visited the phone service center they are not able to resolve my issue so visited your store and representative solve my app issue and they guide me how to do self highly recommend to visit this store
