Truly amazing service by Pooja at VI Store! I had a wonderful experience with Pooja from the VI Store. My number had stopped working just before Diwali, and I thought it would take a week to fix. But Pooja went above and beyond — she personally called me in the evening before leaving for her Diwali vacation and asked me to come to the store so my number could be reactivated before the holidays. Thanks to her extra effort and commitment, my number was up and running within 2 days! Her dedication, kindness, and sense of responsibility really stood out.
