My number and phone were not working, so I went to the store. On Sunday, I met Shyam, the agent. He helped me with the network settings and also told my son-in-law about the family plan offer because I used to forget to recharge. Agent Shyam said that I could set up auto payment. I really liked the family plan, but the problem was that my wife couldn’t come to the store. So, Agent Shyam assured me that he would visit. He asked me for a time, and today Shyam came to my home and activated my number and the plan I chose. God bless you, Shyam, and thank you, Vodafone.
