Good store, give the right information and are prompt. Had a network issue and the executive took the complaint, and the issue was sorted out. Senior Store Executive Mr. Premkant was really helpful, and he gave clarity to my all my queries. Whenever I have visited the store, I have interacted with Mr. Premkant and it has been a good experience. I am a loyal customer of Vodafone Idea, and their network is the best at home and at my workplace and I and hope the company survives despite all challenges being faced to prevent the market from becoming a duopoly with congested networks.
