I visited vi store Dwaraka nagar for SIM reactivation, which got deactivated, that number is very important to me, I have explained my issue to the agent there, P KUMARI addressed very well, and escalated to Store manager, Lakshmi priya, I really appreciate the executive and Store manager effort to get re activated my number. Store manager guided me regarding the process and finally reactivated my number. I'm very satisfied with Vi Dwarakanagar store service. Vodafone idea always served me the best.

Got a great service by Pallikala Naveen, I have went to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid he explained me very well like all benefits of having postpaid but I have my issues, so I just want to change to prepaid and then he resolved my issue and changed it to prepaid. Thanks Naveen for helping me out.
