I visited this VI branch to get a new SIM card and was deeply impressed by the level of professionalism and politeness among all of the staff. I was warmly greeted and assisted with ease. Other telecom companies are not so pleasant to work with, so I do appreciate the level of customer care that is standard with VI, however, the ladies working at this branch, namely Akhila, Anusha, and Nandhmi, really make this a pleasant place to visit and are very attentive to customer needs. Keep it up!
