Excellent support from Park Street VI Store – truly grateful I want to sincerely appreciate the Park Street VI store team for their outstanding support and professionalism. On 17th December evening, my sister-in-law’s phone was stolen while she was travelling to her office at Chinar Park. Since her Aadhaar biometric was locked, we needed to urgently get a replacement SIM using her voter ID. This was a critical situation as all her 5 bank accounts, office bank accounts, work, and transactions are linked to that mobile number, and any delay could have caused serious issues. Even though it was already past official closing time, the Park Street VI store staff listened to our problem patiently and assured us of full support. We travelled from Tollygunge to Park Street, which took around 25 minutes, and the entire team waited for us without any hesitation. The staff were extremely polite, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. They handled everything calmly and professionally, making sure our issue was resolved properly. Their behaviour truly reflects excellent customer service and human understanding during an emergency. I am extremely thankful to the Park Street VI store team for going the extra mile to help us. I even visited the Vi store on Park Street, but a lady there gave me terms and conditions. She said that if I take another Vi SIM, which would be postpaid, I would have to use it for three months to get my old number back, but I rejected that offer. Then, four days later, I visited the Vi store on Park Street again. There was a guy named Kaushik who helped me a lot. He put in a lot of effort to get my SIM back.
