"I had a Vi (Vodafone Idea) SIM card 15 years old that suddenly stopped working. I visited many stores but got no help. I even visited the Vi store on Park Street, but a lady there gave me terms and conditions. She said that if I take another Vi SIM, which would be postpaid, I would have to use it for three months to get my old number back, but I rejected that offer. Then, four days later, I visited the Vi store on Park Street again. There was a guy named Kaushik who helped me a lot. He put in a lot of effort to get my SIM back. Thank you, Kaushik Da, you did me a great service because this SIM was 15 years old... Thank you once again, Kaushik Da."
