I visited the Vi store because the outgoing service on my number had been stopped. I met Abdul Ji at the store, and he explained that the number’s re-verification process was pending. He immediately helped me complete the process and resolved my issue quickly.Abdul Ji was very polite, helpful, and professional throughout the interaction. I really appreciated his excellent way of communicating and the service he provided. I had a very good experience at the Vi store, especially because of Abdul Ji’s helpful and friendly service.

Got my sim exchanged after 14 years getting problems in attending client calls but Mr. Shahid Malbari Executive helped to solve the problem. Appreciate his hard work. Thanks.
