Vi - Vodafone Idea Store

my visit to the store on 26 Feb 2026 was marked by the level of customer service provided by Ms. Anija MG, the CRE at the store who went above and beyond what her job description called for by turning what could have been a cumbersome process of nothing less than 4 hours into a super-fast turnaround of 21 minutes. Such an exemplary level of service is why I continue to be a Vodafone Idea user going back over a decade. The exemplary level of service provided by Ms. Anija MG deserves public recognition, and I would whole urge both the Store and Vodafone Idea Kerala to reward her efforts in wining and retaining the loyalty of Vodafone Idea customers
