I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Prerna at the Four Bungalows Vodafone store. From the very first interaction, everything felt smooth, professional, and genuinely friendly. I came in Vodafone store with the network issues faced by me in airtel but instead of rushing through the process she took the time to understand my problem pitched me Vodafone plans with utmost genuinty listen to my questions and gave the solution to my problem which concerned me a lot. What stood out the most was how proactive and attentive the service was. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish.
