    My problem was name change to one of phone in wife name. We were instructed to join post paid family plan for three monthly bills. This was their standard policy. After 3months cusomer executive Shweta and her two collegues helped us on 9th May26 by reverting our plans to prepaid as we had wished. Thanks to them for humble services rendered by 3.
