    My vi postpaid number got disconnected so I had vi store Bommanahalli and met miss Saraswathi she has given best plans to me and there was some issues to activate it then she took my number and did fallow up and i couldn't able to visit the store again so miss lavanya came to my and very petiently she explained all the plans and did activationim so impressed like this service . There is issue with the network but when we are getting service like this with all the vi employees vodafone will get good and genuine customers And im really thankful to miss saraswathi
