First of all thanking you for the great service provided at Vi Showroom Calicut. I appreciate the way they treated me from the beginning to end. I visited more than 5 Vi showrooms to fix my problem but they don't even know how to resolve it and they just ignored my issues. Finally here Vi showroom at Calicut I met Minusree Nambiar, dedicated passionate and responsible person who helped me to fix my Sim Card issues in no time. She will be a great asset for Vi. And I feel those bunch of idiots I met before should learn from her. Once again heartfelt thanks to Vi Calicut and Minusree.
