My father in law recently visited the store for an issue I am facing with prepaid physical sim card. They fixed the incoming issue but could not resolve the outgoing issue(sim replacement is suggested as it's very old). Even though they could not resolve the issue fully but they guided me/my FIL what to do next to get this resolved permanently. Very clear guidelines they shared. Very helpful staff(I wish they could resolve it end to end). Thank you team(I don't know the name of the person with whom I spoke ). Hope other vodafone idea store you suggested can help me out to resolve the issue.

I had a very positive experience at the service centre. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained the service details clearly, and completed the work efficiently.
