When I walked in the store, I was fuming with anger on some charges that were repeatedly being charged on my bill for last many months. I must admit I was not polite in my interaction, but the store executives were polite and courteous enough and resolve all my queries and it came out that the charges were some service that were still being used by one of my other associated number. Hats off to the executives for maintaining their cool and giving me a proper solution. I am glad these guys are around. Thanks again.
