Location is good. Ambience is good. All the staffs are busy with customers. In the entrance security personnel ask mobile no and purpose of visit. Guides to vacant counter. I met "Tapas" there. An excellently informative and helpful person. I went for conversion of my Postpaid to Prepaid. It was done within very reasonable time under step by step guidance. The person did not take my mobile even for once in his possession but concentrated on the laptop on his desk. Only asked for OTP with sharing reason thereof. I am a VI postpaid customer from 2016. I went to a Vi store in Club Town, Bangur in the morning and the experience was pathetic. Within a few kilometer waits such a nice facility. In fact I was in the mood of Porting my postpaid connection to some other service provider after facing demeaning situation at Bangur Vi Store, which I subsequently shared in Google Review yesterday. But staff in this facility was able to retain me in the Vi only by providing proper service. I would recommend without hesitation to visit this facility at Motijheel, Dumdum Road, opposite Motijheel Girl's school for any sort of queries or solutions of Vi Postpaid as well as Prepaid connectins.
