The staff was very helpful for the process of my sister's SIM exchange request. My sister was out of country and her sim was not working and showing 'Emergency Calls Only' message. Visited the Vi store where the staff mentioned all the required documents to be submitted for SIM exchange. There was some delay in the Vi backend side for activating the new sim, but the staff assured that there will be no such issues and did follow up with the backend team for this. Thanks to Sohel, Harshal, Sandeep who attended this issue and their Manager Ms Bhagyashri who was helpful in approving the SIM exchange process.
