Even after providing alternative documents like my RC book, PAN card, and other valid documents 🪪📄, the process initially failed due to a technical glitch ⚙️. Despite this, the store executive Ruchika handled my query very calmly and professionally 🙏. She was patient, reassuring, and continuously gave me hope by coordinating with the backend support team 🤝. Her manager, Aishwarya, was also actively involved in the process and made sincere efforts to get the documents accepted by connecting with the backend team 📞💼. Store agent Vivek also visited my office and he is also committed me to get my e sim activation Thanks to their dedication, teamwork, and customer-first approach ⭐, my eSIM was finally activated ✅ and my issue was resolved successfully 🎉.
